INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING POSTERS

Posters should be a maximum of 150 cm high x 95 cm wide (portrait). Unfortunately it will be impossible to accept landscape posters.
Please ensure that all posters are clear, simple and legible from a distance of at least 1,5 m. Use a suitable sized font. Do not force too much detail on to tables, a few readily understood numbers are worth much more than detailed statistics – more detail can be included in the paper for publication. Include some large, colorful photographs!

Posters should be in place as soon as possible after registration.

GUIDES ARTICLES

Content: theoretical and practical aspects - reports to actual researches in sport medicine.
Size: the article must have no more than 12 pages.
Format: the text must be compact.

ORIGINAL PAPERS

Content: clinical researches regarding diagnostic and treatment.
Size: 6 – 8 pages, 4 - 5 graphic documents (photographs, images, etc.)
Format: the text has to be structured in: introduction (present of research), aim and scope of study, material and method; results; discussion; conclusions (personal conclusions)

CLINICAL STUDIES (CASE REPORTS)

Content: clinical aspects and researches that show new ways and conclusions regarding morphologic evaluation and clinical assessment, therapeutic conclusions and evolution.
Size: 3 - 5pages, 1 - 2 original demonstrations and researches
Format: case report, discussion and comparative study in report with actual studies, references

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

All manuscripts must to be edited in MS Word program using English language.
Tables, illustrations, graphics should be introduced in Word.
Arrangement:
Page setup: A4, margins top / 2cm, bottom / 2cm, left / 2cm, right / 2cm
Font : Times New Roman
Title : Size / 14, bold, left alignment, without capital letter
Authors : Size / 11, name and number that indicate institutional affiliation
The summary must not be no more than 250 words, size / 10 (short presentation of the aim and scope, material, methods, results, conclusions)
References: in the text identify references by Arabic numeral in brackets, using Oxford system. The list of references should include only those publications which are cited in the text, in alphabetize order.
